Payment(s)
Prices for our motorbike tours are quoted in USD and VND. For other currencies, please check the exchange rate of the day. Payment can be made via Vietnamese bank account or PayPal.
Deposit(s)
10-30% tour deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance must be paid no later than the day of departure. Self-riders are required a motorbike deposit of $50 US. If you cause damage to the motorbike, you are responsible for the cost of fixing it. This to keep our motorcycles in good condition for you and for the next clients.
Cancellation
Sometimes our clients happen to cancel the tour which has been confirmed and deposit paid due to unexpected reason(s). Please notice that your deposit is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. If you need to cancel, provide at least 72 hours notice so we are able to cancel all the arrangements for the tour. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the tour, we reserve the right to retain the full tour cost.
Insurance
All clients who wish to join our motorbike tours must have their own personal travel insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain insurance and provide the details when requested during the booking process. Please note that our company will not be liable for any insurance claims. We recommend that you have evacuation coverage.

Liability
Our company will not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, delay, cost, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. We reserve the right to use any photographs and videos taken during our motorbike tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the tour. Passport/Visa
All clients must hold a valid passport and visa. You are responsible for obtaining a current visa for the countries you will be traveling to on our motorbike tours.
Tour Itineraries
Your tour itineraries are updated regularly. It is difficult to make a comprehensive itinerary for multiple-day tours due to seasonal differences. The itinerary may not include some places that are closed for maintenance or for certain times of a year, and sometimes it may differ due to unexpected weather and road conditions.
Safety
Our priority is your safety during your motorbike tours. We provide helmets and recommend that you wear them at all times while riding and as requested by your tour-guide. We also advise that you follow your tour guide’s instructions at all times and ride at your own skill level. We reserve the right to terminate your tour if we believe that your safety or the safety of others may be at risk.
