Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – La Gi (160 km)

This first day is an easy but exciting day for you to “Xin chao Viet Nam”.

La Gi is a small peaceful beach town that is not famous for tourism but well-known for seafood trades awaiting your exploration.

At 8.30 we will first meet to know each other, pack your luggage on motorcycles perfectly, then head to the East. After about an hour to ride through the awesome traffic of HCM city, we get the ferry across Saigon river to Cao Dai temple where you enjoy a walk in this holy place with hope that your wishes are listened to and come true.

We then cruise on lush rubber plantations , pepper farms and rice fields to Monkey pagoda and a history relic that we love to share farming stories and explore hidden tunnels to know more about the Vietnam war.

We call that one great day at La Gi at about 4 pm. Now is the best time of day for local market and town walking exploration.

Day 2: La Gi- Mui Ne (170 km)

A 170 KM ride on coastal roads today allows you to experience the local fishing life. The local markets, fishing villages, a lighthouse and beautiful beaches are waiting for you ahead.

This beautiful day offers a great chance to visit highlights in this area such as Cham temple, the Whale temple, a fairy stream, and the oldest lighthouse in South East Asia.

There is no rush as we still have more places to check out. Dragon fruit farms, fishing villages, beaches are still charming to capture before we ride to sand dunes where you can take an ATV to drive through sunny hot dunes. We get to Mui Ne beach at about 4pm where you can time-lapse the sunset at the beach.

Day 3: Mui Ne – Dalat (160 km)

This 160 km ascent driving day promises spectacular mountain roads and scenic views of Central Highland which is famous for rainforests, mountains, ethnic minority groups, coffee plantations, and waterfalls.

Leaving Mui Ne with typical Vietnamese breakfast and coffee, we have a fantastic ride in the countryside with evergreen farms and rice fields along the roadside.

We then twist the throttle on spectacular mountain roads to get to Gia Bac hamlet where you have a break to capture the breathtaking scenery of rainforest. We will be visiting villages of ethnic minorities and seeing their homemade products.

Pongour waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the South of Vietnam. With over 100 meter wide and 40 meter high, this waterfall surely is a treat for the eyes and music for the ears. Then we enjoy a peaceful ride on countryside roads leading to Chicken village and getting you to Da Lat to visit outstanding sides. You are free tonight to experience “ the city of love “.

Day 4: Dalat – Lak lake (170km)

As home of M’nong ethnic minorities, Lak lake is a freshwater lake that covers an area of about 6.2 km² and is the largest freshwater lake in the Central Highland. It is also the second largest natural freshwater lake in Vietnam.

This day offers 165 km of winding mountain roads with eye-opening landscapes, endless coffee plantations ,evergreen rice fields and villages of ethnic minority people.
Leaving Little Paris, we head to Nam Ban town – the Promise Land of the community who immigrated from the North after the Vietnam war ended where you get a fabulous chance to explore rural life from visiting their farms, family-run business and homemade products.

Keep our ride on breathtaking mountain roads to get “wow” scenery, to visit natural waterfalls, and to access villages of hill tribes before we arrive at Lak lake with sunset on rice fields.

Day 5: Lak lake – Nam Kar Nature Reserve – BMT city (120km)

With over 24 000 ha of tropical forest, Nam Kar plays an important nature conservation area where we could have one day discovery.

Good morning Lak lake with a cup of Vietnam drip coffee then we hit the road to visit villages of the M’nong ethnic minority. Your easy-rider tour-guides will play the role of interpreters to help you interact with local people here in order to know more about their language, culture and lifestyle.

We then head to a local market nearby to get ingredients for picnic lunch during Nam Kar Nature Reserve discovery where we ride, trek, take pictures, and immerse ourselves in the beauty of natural waterfalls in this area.

This afternoon gets you a ride to explore Buon Me Thuot city with outstanding places such as rice-noodle villages, mushroom grow houses, and traditional incense villages.

We will stay here for the night – The Capital of Coffee.

Day 6: Buon Ma Thuot – Kon Tum ( 220km)

A long day for riding and a big day for seeing the unseen. We cover famous outstanding places of Buon Ma Thuot before taking countryside roads to get to Pleiku where you can take a rest at a tea plantation or refresh your soul at a beautiful lake.

Bana is a native people in Kon Tum and with the EZ-riders team, we come to visit the oldest Kon K’Tu village and share with you how different this ethnic group is from the others.

Arriving at Kontum city to call it a day. Now you can go around, check out the city, get a massage, or just relax at the hotel.

Day 11: Hue – Phong Nha-Ke Bang national park (220 km)

Famous for its DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), this route definitely allows you a deeper experience of the Vietnam war. The ride to access lesser known historic sites, to tunnels, to DMZ, to battlefields brings you unforgettable memories.

Being one of the most beautiful sections of Vietnam roads and named Eastern Ho Chi Minh trails, this 220 km surely a marvelous day for a thrilling cruise through rural areas, local farms and remote villages of hill tribes.

Day 12: Phong Nha-Ke Bang national park exploration

Inscribed on the World Heritage List, Phong Nha- Ke Bang national park is formed by limestone mountains and tropical forest and famous for unique cave systems and underground rivers.

To start the day, morning riding on mountain roads and rainforest gets you to Paradise cave where you take a couple of hours to explore this beauty. The incredible stalactites of the cave gives you a hundred fabulous photos taken.

The rest of the day, you can relax at a hotel, cycle in the countryside or chill at a pool.

Day 13: Phong Nha-Ke Bang national park – Tan Ky ( 270 km)

Located at Km Zero, the starting point of HCM trail, Tan Ky is a small town where the North government decided to build HCM trail and is our overnight shelter for the day.

Today we would depart early to get fresh air from the mountains and rainforests, it takes a few hours riding to reach Ha Tinh province that gives you a breathtaking lift to countryside roads.

We have random breaks at typical local farms to then go onward to Km0 of HCM trail.

We’re supposed to arrive at Tan Ky at about 5pm.
