Day 1: Dalat – Bao Loc city (120km)
At 8.30AM, easy-rider members will meet you at your place and get to know each other, then we pack your luggage on the motorcycles perfectly. With a short ride, we love to show you highlights of Dalat before heading to Bao Loc to explore this region.
Nam Ban district is the second homeland for a big community of immigrants after the Vietnam war. This is a great opportunity for you to see how local life is nowadays.
Come to villages, you are welcomed with big smiling faces who share to you about their stories, culture and history. Come to farms, you would enrich your knowledge of each plant that the local people grow here in their fatherland such as coffee, pepper, tea, etc. Stopping by a traditional distillery to taste “happy water” (or Tears of the Nation), you may want to bring home some for your friends. Also, fried crickets and Weasel coffee would be added to your taste experience.
One of the must-visits on this route is the Buddhist pagoda where you admire the 70 meter high Lady Buddha, walk to visit other Buddha with a hope that your wishes will be listened to and will come true.
Pongour waterfall and Elephant waterfall are among the most beautiful waterfalls in the Central Highland and you immerse yourself into this beauty of Mother Nature.
At a family-run silk factory, you are explained how locals take care of silkworms, collect silk from cocoons, and weave silk products. And if you want to buy something from here, just have a look at the showroom for a piece of souvenir for yourself or your beloved ones.
